Evalystar is vendor management software for facilities and procurement teams: before you book a job it checks which vendors are already under contract and ranks your pool by real performance, then turns every completed job into a record for renewals, disputes, and incidents.
Is Evalystar a procurement suite or a CMMS?
Neither. It does not raise purchase orders or pay invoices like Coupa or SAP Ariba, and it does not schedule work orders like UpKeep or MaintainX. It checks contract coverage before a job is booked, ranks the vendors you already use, records how well they perform, and checks their invoices against the contract.
How does Evalystar know a vendor is already under contract?
You add your vendor contracts and SLAs, and when you describe a new job Evalystar checks them for work an active contract already covers. That vendor is flagged and ranked first, so you do not pay a one-off fee for covered work.
Does Evalystar score vendors automatically?
No. A person on site rates every completed job from an email link, and Evalystar only adds those ratings up across jobs, vendors and sites; it never scores work nobody rated.
How fast will vendors send me a quote?
That is up to each vendor. Evalystar ranks your vendors and sends the quote request as soon as you confirm who gets it; the reply time is the vendor’s.
What does Evalystar cost?
